I have been running Photoshop CS2 Trial and I’ve had a weird problem. For some unknown reason, it will stop opening files. If I select Open, the file opens, sometimes it gets to the color mismatch profile and I’ll click ok, then nothing. Sometimes I’ll click from Bridge an It will bring PS to the foreground, but it won’t do anything else.
Sometimes after a reboot, it will work ok… tonight; it’s being extra finicky and won’t open images at all.
Any thoughts?
(I’ve deleted preferences and it had no effect on the problem. I removed the trial and installed a full version, same problem. This started when opening 10 small images I wanted to composit. I seletec them all and selected open from Bridge. The first two opened, then it stopped. No error… just failed to open them and since then, I can’t open anything from any method, bridge, file/open in photoshop…etc.)
