Tom,
There isn’t a plugin that I know of, but there’s a way I learned from Scott Kelby (he’s got a bunch of books on photoog…)
Open the image in CS.
Then "Image", "Size".
Change "Inches" or whatever to "percent" Be sure "Resample image" is checked.
Make the "Width" 110% (10% increment).
Click OK
You will notice the image growing some.
Click on "Image", "Size".
Change "Inches" or whatever to "percent" Be sure "Resample image" is checked.
Make the "Width" 110% (10% increment).
Click OK
And so on 6 or 7 times.
For some reason, if the image you started with wasn’t too small, it doesn’t seem to be degraded, at least, not as if you had "Enlarged it" in one fell swoop.
I know the process is tedious, but you can create (record) an action that will do just that for you.
It works.

Is there a plugin that would help in enlarging an image without getting pixelated? I want to enlarge a small photo to a larger one. I am using PS CS. Thanks, Tom
