hi could you please tell me how to use the photoshop overlay for use with the video capture i have adobe phtoshop cs and imageready cs and my os i xp and my video capture device is a Radeon all in wonder 9800

Photoshop has no real video capability. You’ll need a video editor to really do much with captured video.

You can add images on top of video stills that you capture with your board, and with some effort you may be able to do very short animations of a few dozen frames or so, using ImageReady.
