Are the "Color Handling" options for printing of PS CS2 the same as CS but with different wording, and if so, what are equivalents of CS2 to those of CS?

They are the same, but with (supposedly) clearer wording. Let Photoshop Determine Color is the same as picking a profile, and you still need to pick a profile. Let Printer Determine Color is the same as picking Printer Color Management in CS.
