Best method for removing glare in eyegalsses?

Can any one point me in the best direction to find processing or filters that will remove glare and reflection from eyeglasses in a photograph?

Thank you. I just was not sure if there was a filter or not. I will try both the clone and healing tool.

that would be the Hollywood filter. It works wonders.
