I use Photoshop 7, and used the clone stamp, and the healing brush for the glasses and eyes, there were a lot of artifacts because of the low resolution so I used the blur tool to soften some of those.. then levels and sharpened.. although at 72 resolution I don’t think it will print out well.. but anyway, if the picture does not show here the results are at: <

You can also clone from another unaffected picture if it was a studio session.
Richard said in a different post "One of the things I’ve used in a pinch is to ask the model or subject to tilt their glasses down by lifting them off their ears a bit. This changes the angle of reflection and the flash is reflected down rather than straight back. Although this is preventative and you are asking for a fix. Richard"
I totally agree and do the same thing, some people think I am crazy for asking them to lift the earpieces up a little, just a finger width off the ears.. but are happy with the results and I have much less to fix later..
