Photoshop 5.5 Upgrade

I am new to photoshop and have recently purchased from an internet supplier an upgrade from ver. 5.0 to 5.5.
Upon receipt of the retail box I realized that I got the User Guide for ver. 5.0 and the User Guide Supplement for 5.5. Is this correct? The vendor has been ignoring my email and phone calls. I am beginning to think I got ripped off. I am not sure if there is a USER’S GUIDE for ver. 5.5. Can anyone advise me.

That is correct.
I just looked in my 5.5 upgrade box from the past.
Full 5.0 Manual, 390 pages.
5.5 User Guide supplement manual, 162 pages.
