I think I’m getting close to upgrading to CS3 from Elements 4.0. I’d like to take advantage of the upgrade price form Adobe of $549.

My question is, does Elements have to be on the computer that I install CS3 on? I’d like to start fresh with a new computer and would prefer not to load Elements on it.

Thanks,

Joe

You don’t need Elements installed on your computer but you will need your Elements serial number to activate CS3.
