If anyone does participate in doing a System Restore test, reactivation is most likely to be prompted if you create a new restore point "A", launch & close PS CS, and then revert to point "A" with System Restore. If PS CS is not launched between these two times, then the activation hashes will not be updated and reactivation should not be prompted upon PS CS launch. For example, if you create a new restore point "B", install some bit of software and uninstall it, never launch PS CS, and then restore to point "B" just to be sure everything is as it once was, then you should be able to launch PS CS without reactivation.
