HDR : bug at last step -help needed

Hello,

When I try to create a HDR photograph using the dedicated command (Merge to HDR …) in Adobe Photoshop CS3, at the last step (align ), the process collapses after a few minutes displaying the following message: *The command "<unknown> is not currently availble.*

Does anyone know how to cure the problem?

After struggling with HDR in CS3 I downloaded the trial of Photomatix. All problems resolved, amazing HDR images.
