Hi,

every time I open photoshop help internet explorer blocks it’s content and sometimes it freezes photoshop. How can I set !@#$%^&* i.e. so it automatically doesn’t block it? I haven’t found any options to mark a particular site as safe.

I hate i.e.

Thanks!

Jay

Perhaps it is being blocked by anti-virus programs (such as Zone Alarm). Jim

stop using i.e. if you’re using XP with sp2 there are known issues with photoshop help files being blocked. there is a setting to ‘unblock’. not sure whether it’s in i.e. or the sp2 firewall.

Mine displays fine too. In addition to ZoneAlarm, it could be blocked by Norton Internet Security, Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security, or any number of similar programs.
