I have PS Elements 2 & finding it difficult to end up with the size I want as after I use the crop tool I only have squares at the corners but none on the lines in between so I can only use only the corners for changing the size. This makes an impossible situation. I hope this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated. Jim Johnston.

I found the answer. You have to click the clear button on the option bar. Jim Johnston
