How to have it in the center of the page

I have an HP deskjet 970cxi when I print I can not have the picture in the center of the page on portrait the margin a the top is always smaller that the margin at the bottom and on landscape mode the margin on the left is always smaller than the one on the right.

I look at all the settings of my HP printer and so far I am not able to have the picture printed in the center of the page Is there a way to do it with HP or with an other software

Check out File>Print Options. There are all kinds of goodies in there for arranging the image. Ignore the option to center the image, but there are other options there that should help. In particular you can set the location of the upper left corner of your image.

The Windows XP Photo Printing Wizard should be able to do it.
