I just installed the DNG Converter in my CS.
Using the "lossless" compression I reduced the directory that has 106 RAW files in it and sized at 1.30 GB (1,400,557,568 bytes)
to a DNG Lossless compressed directory that is 597 MB (626,237,440 bytes).
When I chose to not use compression I ended up with a directory that is 1.23 GB (1,323,802,624 bytes), a slight space savings from the original RAW file.
I would be interested in knowing what other users experiences are? Any quality issues that folks have seen?
Thanks
Dunc
