no rasterize in elements 5.0?

I was watching a video about text reflections, instructor went to layer column and choose rasterize, he must not be using Photoshop 5.0 because I hunted and hunted and still could not find it. What would be the same as rasterize in 5.0 to what instructor was using? thanks
