Fonts missing while rasterizing in Photoshop

Dear all

I have recently experienced a problem with my Phototoshop eps figures. While rasterizing my Illustrator figures (eps figures with font embedded; I have used Helvetica Type 1 fonts) in Photoshop, some of the labels is missing! But it is not for all figures but for few. I am doing this process in a Batch process.

Can anyone could find what is going wrong for my eps figures.

See if the labels that come up missing are locked in Illustrator, and unlock them.

Thank you John,

I have checked and the labels are not locked. I have corrected this (I just cut and paste the labels and it works ) But I want to know whow it happens. Missing labels are not in a group and are not locked and are Type 1 embedded fonts; again missing in Photoshop!
