I recently opened photoshop 7.0 on my PC to find that some of the major functions were not responding at all. I cannot use the "extract" or "save for web" funtions and some of the filters are not working either. this was not always the case as these functions were operating fine before. I have tried to reset my prefrences but holding down Ctrl, Alt & Shft does not work and I cant find the preferences on the hard drive. I am using Windows XP.

Or you were using a 16 bit/channel image and those functions aren’t enabled for 16 bit images….
