Where I work, we have a Fuji Aladin system – a computer, scanner, and Fujix printer.
It reads files from cameras just fine. But, when I try to open anything I’ve "Photoshopped" (I guess it’s an official word, now), it squawks: ERROR IMAGE.
The system also has (gag) PhotoDeluxe on it, so my work-around is opening the image in PDeluxe (no problem), and "Sending to Format" from there, which the Aladin software reads just fine.
The way the system is set up, one can’t print directly from PDeluxe, or do much else, for that matter.
I like the output from the Fujix printer. Plus, this sometimes happens on customers’ files too. How can I save my files so the Aladin can open them?
