I have about 25 images with multiple people in them. One of the people in all the images is a guy with a very ruddy complexion. With a WB adjustment I can get everyone’s, but this one guy, skin tone to look just fine. His skin just gets redder when I raise the WB level.

Would appreciate a technique that would allow me to tone down the redness in his face without affecting anyone else. Thanks

How about an adjustment layer with a mask so that only his face is affected?

Photoshop is ALL about making accurate selections.

Most everything after that is gravy.

Think about it…

When you add the adjustment layer (probably Hue/Saturation or possibly curves), make all the appropriate changes so the guy’s face looks right; then fill the whole mask with black. Then all you have to do is use the airbrush, set to white, and "paint" his face so only that part will show through.
