I have the same problem, I opened and edited a pdf file in Photoshop CS2. After saving it as Photoshop pdf I can no longer open it. I get the error message "Could not complete your request because this is not an Adobe Photoshop PDF image file". Tried updating to 9.0.2 but it didn’t help.
