Does anyone know of a newsreader program that allows for a rule to be written for a particular group, that if i messgae has been cross-posted to particular other groups, the flame and troll groups, for example, that message is discarded and displayed? For example, it would be great to have a rule set up in my newsreader for alt.graphics.photoshop to not display posts cross-posted to alt.usenet.kooks

I have forte Agent and Fortitude and I cant figure out how to make either of them do this.

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

Some may say that YOU are now trolling, because this is a question that does not belong in a Photoshop group… 😉

Anyway: it’s quite simple. The filter should read that if ‘Newsgroups’ contains ‘alt.usenet.kooks’ it should be trashed, and then the filter should apply to ‘alt.graphics.photoshop’ only.

If your program doesn’t allow filters for specific groups, you can make it as follows: If ‘newsgroups’ contains ‘alt.graphics.photoshop’ AND ‘alt.usenet.kooks’ it should be trashed.

Is there a method that would work with Outlook Express?

Wow, you are right, it is as simple as that!
Thanks for that.
