Where is Prefs in PS 7 ?

How do I delete the prefs file in Photoshop 7.0? Pressing CTRL ALT SHIFT doesn’t work. I was told to delete the file called Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Prefs.psp, but don’t have that one on my system.

I have WIN98SE and Photoshop 7.0.1

I need this because my program won’t work since I installed a new hard disk. I had the OS on one disk and the programs on the second. The first disk crashed and after reinstalling Win98SE, Adobe pops up with a User Information error. Deleting the prefs ans reentering the information is supposed to fix this.

Can anyone answer where the prefs file is?
