No rollover pallet

I have the educational version of Photoshop 7.0.1. I want to create rollovers. The help section told me to go "window > rollover" to open the rollover pallet but there is no rollover in my window menu. What should I do?

You cannot create rollovers in Photoshop. The rollover palette is in ImageReady. You can load IR by clicking on the bottom icon of the Photoshop toolbar.
