toolbar menus off screen

When I click Image->Size, the popup window that comes up for me to adjust the size of the image is 2/3 off the top of my screen, so I can’t see hardly any of it. I can’t move it because I can’t see the title bar for this popup screen. Can someone please help me get this menu screen back!!

What’s your screen resolution set at? PS CS has a minimum of 1024×768.

If that’s all okay you could trash your prefs as per the details in the FAQs.

I have Photoshop 7.01. My screen is at 1152 x 864. I tried changing that and it didn’t help. Could you give me a link on how to trash my prefs, I can’t seem to find it.
