It is not clear what you are trying to do. What does "get an image or text" mean? What are you trying to accomplish?

If I were taking that image and trying to get a usable logo from it, I would trace the design using the Pen tool, then bring the pen path into a program like Adobe Illustrator.

in order to create the embroidery there must’ve been some original artwork. I would try and find the fonts and then re-create it.
or in Illy trace it with a pen tool
