Liquify screen size

I recentaly had to redo my computer and upon installing eveything back ive noticed that in Photoshop 7, the liquify screen is so big I cants se the bottom edge, Ive tried to resize it with the mouse, but all it does is jump down, How do i resize it to fit my screen?

Check your monitor resolution. Ideally, you should have it set to 1024×768 or greater. Let me know if that helps, thanks-Bryan
