Not sure what you’re asking concerning letterhead. Depending on thecompany
you’re designing for, you’re free to design across and down the entirepage:
8.5 x 11". Of course, if you design into the text body area, you’ll wantto
screen colors drastically.
Standard American business cards are 3.5 x 2".
