i would like to transfer my custom actions to another computer, where exactly are these actions saved?

With Version 6 it’s probably a similar path to this under Photoshop6:

(C:\Program Files\Graphics\) Photoshop6\Presets\Photoshop Actions

The question is, did you save them? Where? Actions are not automatically saved except as a setting. A logical place to save them is the Actions folder in Presets and back them up to some other location as well.

From the Actions palette flyout>Save Actions.

The question is, did you save them? Where? Actions are not automatically saved except as a setting. A logical place to save them is the Actions folder in Presets and back them up to some other location as well.
