When i open photoshop and go to open a file i double click it as usual and it wont load,and not just that it makes photoshop freeze,well not fully freeze but i cant use it at all.I cant select any of the tools and there’s no options in the top drop down menus that i can choose.Ive tried restarting my comp,reinstalling photoshop,i did a full virus scan my system is clean,i dont know what to try next.
