No need to get snotty. Teacher and Student editions of microsoft software don’t allow upgrades. I haven’t purchased any Adobe products through the educational discounts, yet. That’s why I was asking ahead of time. So obviously, I can’t read the EULA inside the box because I don’t have the box.
Go wipe your nose.

BOTH Adobe products & microsoft software DO ALLOW upgrades & have done so; nothing in the "upgrade" version will stop the academic versions from being upgraded. Both m$ & adobe have their websites stating the upgradability of their academic versions.
The "only problem" with the m$ products is if you purchased via the school’s contract agreement with m$, then it may be cheaper to just get the later version at the agreement’s price which may be very much cheaper than any retail upgrade pricing. You just need to check with your bookstore as usually the m$ agreement cheap price is for the "upgrade" version.

|NO it is not true, ‘teacher’. It’s in the EULA that came with your |software, teacher. Browse into the Photoshop folder looking for the ‘legal’ |folder.
