I am searching info on some compression algorithms involved in BMP and I wonder does photoshop implement
24bit RLE and Huffman compressed BMP files?

If you compress, you or someone else need decompress. They is no widely accepted compression for BMP, which means your user will not be able to see it if it is compressed.

Use winzip is the only choice I come up with.
