This leads on from a question that i asked about vector masks in Photoshop. What I have [an example anyway] is a picture of a charcter playing a keyboard.
I need to make a ‘shadow’ for this [and other characters], but i cannot skew the shadow when i make it, as if i pull it in one place it goes out in another.. [does that make sense??]
I assume [incorredctly it seems ] that i could kind-of make ‘multiple centres’ to the selection in Photoshop.. but no..
Does anyone know of a good technique to make realistic shadows? In a less complicated set-up, I would usually copy the subject to a sperate layer, fill with black then distort and skew… but these illustrations are to complex for that to work…
thanks
