Is there a way I can make the UNDO command undo many mistakes, rather than just 1?
ex: Like in Paint Shop Pro….

In Preferences>General set the Redo to something other than Ctrl-Z (toggles…).

Control+Alt+z will keep undoing as many steps as are in the history palette….
