View, New View, Where?

Ben Wilmore refers to "choose View> New View" on P> 17 of his new book, PS7, Studio Techniques. I have diligently searched for this and it does not appear on MY View menu. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

He probably missed that edit (it changed from version 6) when issuing the version 7 of his book.
