Can’t Rotate in CS4

CS4 is not allowing me to rotate the canvas! What’s wrong? I keep getting this message: "Could not complete your request because it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows."

I already updated the driver and checked the preferences, but it didn’t help.

I have the Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family on a Compaq Presario C770US Notebook if that helps…

Aw, man…this sucks.

Hi Patrick,

It doesn’t look like the driver for that integrated chipset supports the OpenGL drawing requirement.

You may try contacting Intel or Compaq to see if they have any updates coming. May guess is they probably don’t comment on future plans though.
