Text rotation in the Z axis

Is it possible to rotate text in the Z axis, that is, rotate the left or right ends "away" or "toward" the viewer instead of just clockwise or counterclockwise? I find nothing on this in the Adobe help.

Dave,

You can approximate this appearance…

Simplify your text layer, then use Image > Transform > Perspective. By dragging any of the corners up or down, that end of the text grows or shrinks, so it can look like it is closer or farther from the viewer.
