Hello
Yesterday my CS3 suite on my Vista – quite on me saying that I can’t open it and I should un install and re install. Well I did and that was it. I un install it and also went to Adobe website for instructions how to remove completely. when I went to re install only the Acrobat pro. 8 and the toolkit were able to install the rest NO.
Please please help – I found some knowledge base help on the site but that didn’t do any good. I need it working soon

It seems likely that your problem (whatever it is) is the result of corrupted preferences. Uninstalling PS does not remove these files. You can find them in one of the Adobe installation folders (sorry, I am not close to my computer which has CS3 loaded on it).

The extenstion is psp, and as that extension is not unique to Adobe, be certain that you are removing files in the correct folder.

Try these;
Go to Control Panel — Internet Properties — Programs tab, and make Internet Explorer your default browser
Also check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301 As to deleting your prefs file see the "Photoshop CS2 – Doesn’t save" thread.
