Using Paint bucket

I have Elements 5.0 and am trying to use the paint bucket. Using the PaintBucket I was able set the background of a photo to black. That was almost good. I really wanted to use paint bucket to some color other then black.

So, how do I set the color of the paint bucket.

I try "help" but couldn’t find anything about setting the paintbuck color.

On the lower left corner of your screen is a pair of squares. You probably had one of the squares showing black. If you click on this symbol, you will open a display in the upper right which lets you pick other colors. You can use the slider to change the overall selection within the area, and move the small circle to pick from this array. Then click OK and your chosen color will replace the black which you had.

Play with it and you’ll catch on better than by reading this post. Have fun.
