Hello! I am using a very old version of Photodeluxe 2.0. My OS is Windows XP. All of a sudden I’m getting a "parsing" error – "parser module cannot parse the file". Everything else still seems to work just not when I wish to open anything under "cards & more". What does this error mean and can I correct it.
Thanks, Cheryl

CHeryl,

What does this error mean<<

It means the application doesn’t understand the data in the file. Now that could be because the file is damaged or it could be that a file has the wrong file extension or it could be just a different ‘flavour’ of the file format that such an old version doesn’t understand.
