I had been using PSE 2 but have not used for about a year. I wish to upgrade to PSE 5. Can anyone recommend a book and/or video? There are many on the bookshelves but I am certain that some are better than others. Your recommendations are appreciated.

Included manual and help was enough for me to know how to use the tool.
To understand why, what and when you can use tousand of tutorials available for PS.
No helpful IMHO dedicated books.
