Hi, I am learning photoshop and i am currently on the first step. I cannot locate difference between
Open and Open as.

The Open As option allows the user to select an image that does not have an extension associated with it and open it in Photoshop. See http://www.adobe.com/education/webtech/CS/unit_graphics1/psb _open_doc.htm
