So.. I scanned an 11×17 document in through our copier. I needed to remove a few things so I opened it in PS CS2. I make my changes and save it back out as a Photoshop PDF. Place in InDesign.. do my stuff there.. everything is great. Then I find out I have to erase one more thing on the document so I try to open the photoshop pdf I just made in CS2 and it crashes Photoshop. Spiffy. I try a couple more times and nothing. So, I open the Photoshop CS2 PDF in Photoshop CS1 and it works fine. Save that out as a PSD file and relink and everything is happy. Whats up?

10.3.9

Thanks,

Chris

Chris, some fixes were made in the area of PDF in 9.0.2 so try it out there and let us know.

And I should’ve stated, try 9.0.2 if you were one of the ones who were able to get it before we pulled it temporarily. In the meantime, updating to 9.0.1 wouldn’t hurt if you haven’t already.

Yea.. I’ve got 9.0.1… why did you pull 9.0.2?

Long story short, Chris:

9.0.2 messes with printing in OS X 10.3.x.

There may be other stuff, but this is the big one I keep seeing mentioned.
