Hi there,

I am running PS Elements 3.0 on Mac OS X 10.3.9. When I launch PS Elements I get a popup with the following text:

“Could no complete your request because the file is locked. Use the ‘Get Info” command in the Finder to unlock the file.” (OK)

Any idea what file might be locked? There is no other information provided…

Liam

PS the warning pop repeats several times before I can get into the program.

Liam: How long ago did you install PSE-3 on your Panther? Has it always done this, or did it start later?
Bottom line: perhaps uninstalling the program and reinstalling it might be in order. It’s an easy thing to do, unless someone comes up with an answer.
