Does anyone know how to get palettes to snap to being arranged at the bottom of photoshop, so that the title bars/tabs are above and visible, but the rest of the palette is hidden?
I know you can double click to collapse or expand the palette. I just want to know how you can make them snap to being arranged as shown in the photo provided:
