I can access a photo by going to the browser and then edit the photo; however, the photo does not appear at all in the organizer. It was my understanding that all photos downloaded from a camera automatically appear in the organizer. What can I do in the instance I describe to have the photo in the organizer as well as in the browser? All help appreciated.

Images are imported into Organizer if you import them. This typically happens by importing from the camera and, when saving a file in Editor, selecting the "include in Organizer" option [checked by default].
