Contributors have a info about where their creations, however it is basically a matter of matching up the suffix to those of the same within a folder.
Example: a brush download will end with .abr, so it goes in the Brushes folder within the Presets folder.
You can just copy it and paste it there unless it is in zip form, which just requires an "unzipping" to expose the file before placing in the correct folder.
