eyeglass reflections removal?

I have a few photos that I need to use for wedding photos where the flash reflected off the eyeglasses and there are bright white spots on the eyeglasses. What’s the best way to handle this?

Stick with it, the first part discusses shooting two pictures, one without glasses and one with and then blending the two. What you need is nearer the end.
