PSCS4 or PSE 6

I am planning to upgrade my old PSE4. I like to features in PSE6 (or PSE7 for windows) like fixing group shot and remove unwanted objects in a picture with multiple shots?
I want to move up to PSCS4. My question is: Can i do these tricks in PSCS4 easily?
