PS CS4 what feature in CS4 extended can be used to subtract moving objects?

Hi,

I was wondering what feature one would use in CS4 extended to subtract moving objects from a shot? Does one take a series of shots of the same scene with the same composition and same exposure spaced long enough apart so anything moving will have changed position from frame to frame??
