Hi,
I would sure appreciate it if someone could tell me how stable this program is on the Macintosh platform?
Thank you

I have had it on my Mac (OSX) for about six months, using it almost daily, and have never had it crash. It goes without saying that it would never crash the system. Do you have specific questions, specific doubts? Larry

Highly… as long as you have enough memory. When I only had 256mb of memory I was getting the odd unexpected quit. Now I have 756Mb the only problems I have had have been with third party plugins.

Hi, Susan. I think it’s got as much to do with processor speed as ram, since I’ve been running on 256 on my FP imac 700 since I broke my ram clips and it’s slow but it gets there eventually. Haven’t had any quitting since jaguar–it did quit in 10.1.x occasionally.

Barbara – it could well be that 10.3 has made a difference too – I was on 10.1.5 when I was having problems and but the extra memory certainly fixed them on that platform. I have a 600Mhz G3 imac and it’s slow but steady.

No problems here on iMac G4 10.3.3 or on the iBook. Occasionally the prefs need deleting but that tends to happen no matter if you are using Windows or Mac.

Anyone tried it on 10.3.4 yet?

10.3.4 works fine (both for Elements and CS)

I’m running a G4 350mHz Sawtooth OS 10.3.4 with 832ram (old machine but boy does it work!)

Have Elements 2 and no problem at all. Am amazed when I use Web Photo Gallery how it does its job.

Works on OS 10.3.4 perfectly, also on 10.3.3 and OS 9.2.2. Never had a problem with PSE on any of my Macs. I’ve never had to delete the prefs either.

Have used OSX for 8 months and not one glitch with PSE. Presently using 10.3.4. You won’t be disappointed.
